The boat emission requirements are a result of the USEPA rules and are the same nationwide.

I watched a video yesterday about the homeless bio waste and pollution running into the storm drains and dumping at some of the most populated beach areas in Cal. So f ed up. The amount of used needles and human waste is mine boggling. On another f ed up note last week when I was beaching my schiada in the channel on Saturday I hopped off the bow and missed stepping on a used needle in the sand by a couple inches.

If we had given up, the democrats would be running both the House and the Senate.
