They did a survey like that with boats. Then extrapolated data to come up with the emissions law we have for boatd now. So they can fup anything. The boat one ended up with more boats and hours than exist but didn't care just made rules for us peon's

My 1965 brick, hip roof 1364sq ft. 3/2/1, on a 7000 sq ft lot was $62 sq ft, in 2015. Nicest treed street in town.

I would in a heartbeat, but it's sounding like my wife and son are choosing the Orlando Florida area. My son rides motocross and there is a huge amount of riders heading that way. He also likes football so Florida hits on that as well. My wife likes warm weather, shopping, dining, etc so it fits her needs. I like winter weather so I am assed out! I always wanted an airboat though so that might be pretty cool!

Great question, especially when there are so many free states that one could live. I spent the first year saying to myself after moving to one of them “ you mean I can legally do this?” It’s quite the realization how controlled some states are and I feel sad for those having to live in CA. For those that live there by choice, I say good for you. Enjoy everything the state brings down on you.

This is not meant as CA bashing; ca is one of the most beautiful states there is. It’s Government is the problem and it’s residents exercise their options at the ballot box. Hopefully it will return to greatness some day.

I'm in Melbourne, Florida. 5 miles west of the Ocean. Normally a breeze here 360 days out of the year. Still hot in the summer.

Orlando unless there are special reasons pretty much does not get much of a breeze. HOT!

Fort Meyers area less breeze but in winter time it's a sweet spot for warmer weather.
