Our governor could have asked the EPA for an extension on some of the stringent new rules, but he did not. So shifted the blame to someone else for his failure to do something about it.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has mandated the use of reformulated gasoline (RFG) in the Denver Metro/North Front Range Ozone Non-Attainment Area, which could increase gas prices by up to $0.51 per gallon. However, experts say the cost could be much higher, up to $1 per gallon.
