CA DMV - WTH Just Happened?

A couple of days ago we went to DMV in Norco, no appointment; in and out in less than an hour.

This morning I needed to return a "Smog Emission Recall Certification" and get my tags. I left the house at 8:20, and I'm back home now. And this includes 10 minutes of fiddling with the glove box, and the drive there and back.

Weird.

I know, I get all worked up about going to the DMV without an appt. But it's never too bad. But nothing as good as AAA..

DMV is way different now than the old days, last few times it has seemed faster than AAA…

most of the people that can afford Cali registration have now moved to another state..LOL

I was at the Rancho DMV to reg a out of state car. Took an 1 hr 20 min with a reg. Had to see 3 windows and vehicle inspection. DMV workers have no personality’s.
