Autumn arrives next week. Temps will drop 20° on Wednesday and likely not come back up into the 80s for 8-9 months. I do love all four seasons, but I wish we had a week or so more of summer on each end. It's pretty short. I'm not complaining, I'll trade the weather for freedom and cost of living any day of the week, but a little more summer would be nice. I'm going to make a point to step away from the chores for a bit this weekend to go fishing, kayaking, or hiking at some point and enjoy our last weekend of summer.
