Democrats are allowing 30 seconds of debate per bill, and Republicans are not allowed to speak. This is a fucking revolution. I thought we had until November to flee.. I think the time is past..

California Bill Banning Voter ID Laws Passes Legislature, Awaits Governor’s Signature

Senate Bill 1174, authored by Sen. Dave Min, passed the Assembly in a 57 to 16 vote on Aug. 27.

“Healthy democracies rely on robust access to the polls. An overwhelming body of evidence proves that voter ID laws only subvert voter turnout and create barriers to law-abiding voters,” he said.

This should be decided by the voters. Require ID in November and put it on the ballot
Yeah, but if the people voting have or need no I.D. why would they vote to need to have it ? Kind of a "catch 22", no?

Simple as that.....period.
Yup, let the voters with ID decide if they are OK with no ID voting. If gavin is that sure that the voters want this then he should have no problem putting it on the ballot allowing only ID voters to decide this. Might as well throw in in person only voting as well.
