There are just too many companies. Head down 95 about 10 businesses just within less than a mile. Not to mention what is in Laughlin. I think they should limit the amount launched per day somehow.

Same petition goes out every year this time. Toby Cotter the city manager collects too much revenue from the rental companies to let them ban it.

I always laugh when businesses post a sign that they are not responsible for accidents and damage, etc. A Top Law Firm can take these apart for fun. The City, maybe best rethink this unbelievable disgrace. A family that wanted to float down the river, could never do it on a weekend, and actually most weekdays during the Summer. The City is licensing and authorizing these businesses to operate out of their town and even just built a new Special Launch Ramp for the Rentals. The Locals have been restless for several years and this might be the thing to make serious changes in this Accident Waiting To Happen.

Seriously though . What about house boats on Powell ? Or great you bought it but now where is your license ? I think the real problem is to many people in to little space .
This, they need to limit the amount of skis that can be rented

I can't remember the exact number, a friend of mine who lives ni Bullhead said there's something like 230 individual rentable PWC's in the Laughlin/Bullhead vicinity.

It was shocking to hear and really put into perspective the possibility of just how many rentals can be on the water at one time in such a small area.

Makes sense, too much revenue on the table, the one I saw said it only needed 7500 signatures which seemed low

They quietly put in an access ramp in the cove by Davis damn last year. It’s for kayaks and SUP people and I’m certain it will lead to an expanded 5 mph zone in the area soon.

How can gun manufacturers be sued but rental jet ski operators aren’t?

I’m not saying it would be right but damn something is weird in the world right now.

The biggest problem is the people who rent them have no skill, and they soon forget, or have no idea, that once they chop the throttle they have no steering. Anybody make a big rudder that you could bolt on to the jet pumps!

Virtue signaling.

You see truck rental companies getting sued when their trucks are used to commit crimes?
