Builder Recommendation - Lake Havasu

Looking at purchasing a lot in Lake Havasu. Any recommendations for home builders? Looking for someone reliable, reasonable and does good work. Also looking for recommendation for someone to Build retaining walls, back fill and prep for buildings.

Jeff has built some really nice homes and did a lot of building for us. I wish I could have taken him to Henderson for our construction project there.

Jason Fowler at Sunset homes came recommended when we were looking and we ended up purchasing one of his builds and have been very happy with the home.

Check out Cutting Edge homes. Paolo is great and can do the walls and that also.

To me it looks like for 150k more than the used 3 br 3 bath homes with not great garages you could build a new house. I don’t buy it.

My guess would be that is the price for a new home built on your build ready level prepared lot. Prices are insane for dirt.

I've had some great experiences in havasu and some awful ones. These guys are a good GC. I could make you a list of subs/trades ive worked with over the years...plumbers/electrical/hvac.

I'm a contractor out of state so its very hard for me to let go of control...and I rarely give references..

Arron at Copper Canyon Masonry is your guy for block walls and retaining walls. He did a large retaining wall for me last November. Turned out great. Went through 4 other masonry companies before I found him. The others basically didn't want to do the work, wouldn't show up, wouldn't return phone calls. Arron showed up, quoted the job, told me time frame and got it done.
