2. Storing steel more than 62 linear feet away from the intended installation location longer than 3 changes in seasons deteriorates weathering capabilities by over 92% due to climate change. The percentage loss in of material strength was applied to resale value.

There is a RR bridge over I-17 in central Phoenix. On that bridge, there was a LONG line of open rail-cars full of Border Wall chopped up. it sat there for probably 3-4 months.
