Buddy just bought a sick new beach house.

The story behind this house is crazy. It was built right at the end of the housing peak and was finished when the shit hit the fan. Originally listed for 15mil. Sat for 7 years as the price kept dropping.

5 bedrooms all kinds of trick shit (including 4 bars and a sushi bar) 7500 square feet on the beach. Biggest beach front house in Ventura county.

Buddy picked it up for a sooooong!

3.5 mil was the final number. Way under market for around here. Like I said, origanlly listed at 15mil. Sat for several years. No one has ever lived in it. It's a cool house.

Not the one you're thinking of. There's a couple houses next to the park across from the beach that have pools and there's actually a couple three story houses on the water that have pools on the roof. Crazy.
