It's driving me crazy! It's my 2003 F-250.

Do I need a new prop?

FYI, CD player works fine, I paused it for the video.

The sounds is the same, every 10 seconds, regardless of engine RPM.

Almost sounds like a relay / solenoid ticking, unable to set a position.

Is it louder in the cab than out?

In the 99-03 superduty/EX the only component I know of behind the dashboard near the stereo is the GEM module.....which doesn't have a woodpecker in it.

Edit: Start by pulling the fuse for the radio.

CD stuck, trying to eject? Too loud to be a relay...vent/temp servo trying to switch and it's broken? Something along those lines, should be pretty easy to find....

Recirculation fan?
Change the fan speed setting and see if it changes the sound.

my 02 Ex made these same noises when the body/chassis module started going out, if I recall it was slightly left of behind the stereo on mine. the module has built in relays that jist started clicking away. It eventually stopped but so did my automatic door locks and auto headlights. I still havent replaced the module theyre expensive and buried

Yeah a similar noise in my JKU. Was is like 6-8 pulses regardless if the motor was on or not?

Yep, exactly like that.

I'm guessing this is different, then, if you've already had that issue on the JKU.

My first thought was the AC blend door as well.

Locate the blend door connector, and unplug it.
