There is a kit sold on Big Poppa Smokers for like $129.00 it has everything you need except the drum. The drum is a food grade 55 gallon that has been sandblasted to remove the interior liner and exterior paint, you should be able to pick the drum up for $25. and sandblasting was $50. You will be into it for around $200.00. It has a learning curve like all smokers but once you get thru that you will be good to go. Old school smoking for sure low and slow. Go to this site for info drumsmoking.com there is alot of info on there also a link for the kit. Feel free to pm me in you need any help.
