Forks are supposed to face other way long part of fender towards the back. If you rotate it 180 it'll all be correct except the bars. Turn then around and it'll be correct.

This @beerrun you can say bar are backwards to make it easy OR you can say forks, neck, tire wheel spindles, soles, tube bearings, cone nuts, lock washers, lock nuts also there is the neck assembly as well.
