I hate to pry, what will a new R-22 run me about.
I will have lots of speakers. I want an surround sound system for the TV in the living room for movies. And a separate system to play music throughout the house and back patio. With maybe 3 zones that I can control the volume independently. The music on the back patio usually always needs to be louder than the music in the house.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What do mean by flat work? I will be paying around $73 per square foot.
As far as the secret to life...........
No idea on that one. Just been very fortunate on some things in my life. And working my ass off!
Looks really nice. Very nice floor plan... I'm in the middle of doing the same thing. Just wish I could have someone else build it besides me:grumble:

You building it urself? Or contracting it urself?
Either way that is an major undertaking
I am a Contractor but I am doing as much of the work that I can do myself... Just trying to make the funds go as far as possible...
