GONNA MAKE GOING TO TEMPLE BAR AND MEADVIEW DO ABLE AGAIN!!
I'm looking forward to checking this out, may make for a nice Sunday drive.
Meadview is an awesome area. I bought a couple lots of land out there, 12 years ago, knowing this day was coming. I am hoping they go up in value, with the new bridge open. I only paid $8000.00 for 2) 1/2 acre lots. I see this area building up, since the bridge will make a lot easier access. Keep you fingers crossed!!

DO YOU EVER GO TO MEADVIEW??
Yep they did a soft opening last night around midnight, saw a few rigs go over it....was storming like crazy and lightening til 730am....not that much traffic noise yet...2200+ big rigs a day will now be passing over it and roughly 17-20k vehicles a day...there goes the neighborhood...:thumbsdown

thats the way it always was before 9/11...
I don't think it'll be that bad , you won't have to slow to 15 mph ..
you won't have to stop at the check,,,
how was it today???
It's going to be the stoplight up town between Vons and Albertsons that will be the cluster fuck, it's already been backing up in all directions and this is before the bridge has even opened
wonder who will be the first to jump??
so who's been across it?? is there a turn around??
We did, I went all the way across a month or so ago by foot and
We drove across it last night at around 7pm...very cool.....will cut down on the trip to az by at about 15-20 minutes on a slow traffic day and can save as much as 2 hours on a busy day...gonna do a test drive to havi offramp and then to topock bridge to see the savings.........used to take 25-30 minutes longer going that route to topock bridge but should be close now....
just got back from going across, pretty un eventfull... the walls are really high so you can't see down...
boulder city was a ghost town, steady traffic went right thru:thumbsup
I went across and turned around at the kingman wash turn out
