I think soNice truck . . . you don't see as many crew cabs with the 6 foot bed like that .
Was that the last year they came with the V6 ?
I have a 2008 V6, CC, LB 4X4 with 230k miles on it. I will never get rid of this truck.Congrats! Great truck with a bulletproof engine. I had an 08 and would probably still have it had it been 4wd.
2024 was the last year of the V6 (the 3.5L camry engine)....2015 was the last year of the 4.0L.Nice truck . . . you don't see as many crew cabs with the 6 foot bed like that .

Not sure where the OP lives, but tailgate theft is an issue here in So Cal, so either keep it locked (pain in the ass if you actually use the truck bed) or get a hinge lock on Amazon...they work well.
Also, I can recommend the seat covers from Rough Country....they are superb.
If you are planning on a bed cover, Rough Country makes a pretty nice flip up/tri-fold deal for the right price....I installed one a few weeks ago on my 2016.

I would not be surprised. The 4.7 v8 in two of my 4Runners and my GX470 are known as million mile engines with very little maintenance. Timing belts are advised, but many people go mid 200-300 k miles on factory belts.I talked to a guy who bought a new 2024 Tacoma.
The guy said he's only had 3 trucks his adult life. a 79, a 2008 and his new truck.
He claims on the 79 and 2008, he racked up 400K on each...and all he did was change the oil. No spark plugs, timing chains/belts or other tune ups. Just oil changes and regular maintenance items.
Truth?
Not getting 400k on plugs. The rest I can believe.I talked to a guy who bought a new 2024 Tacoma.
