Nice truck . . . you don't see as many crew cabs with the 6 foot bed like that .
Was that the last year they came with the V6 ?

2024 was the last year of the V6 (the 3.5L camry engine)....2015 was the last year of the 4.0L.

Not sure where the OP lives, but tailgate theft is an issue here in So Cal, so either keep it locked (pain in the ass if you actually use the truck bed) or get a hinge lock on Amazon...they work well.

Also, I can recommend the seat covers from Rough Country....they are superb.

If you are planning on a bed cover, Rough Country makes a pretty nice flip up/tri-fold deal for the right price....I installed one a few weeks ago on my 2016.

Neighbors dog was inside and would not stop barking, staring at the wall. Kept telling the dog to shut up, it does.

Leaves the house next morning to go to work and somebody stole his tailgate the night before. Appearantly the dog knew, but.........

I talked to a guy who bought a new 2024 Tacoma.

The guy said he's only had 3 trucks his adult life. a 79, a 2008 and his new truck.

He claims on the 79 and 2008, he racked up 400K on each...and all he did was change the oil. No spark plugs, timing chains/belts or other tune ups. Just oil changes and regular maintenance items.

Truth?

I bought my 07 tundra in Carson. Radio wrapped first day
Took it to Whittier Toyota. They ordered a new one. First night home, tail gate stolen. Very suspicious. $2300. You have to order piece by piece.
I use hose clamps with the ends cut and sharpened. It may slow them does and I also keep it locked. Now it's behind d my gates.

I would not be surprised. The 4.7 v8 in two of my 4Runners and my GX470 are known as million mile engines with very little maintenance. Timing belts are advised, but many people go mid 200-300 k miles on factory belts.

Not getting 400k on plugs. The rest I can believe.
