If Parker wasn’t closed I’d be interested in renting that for a long weekend. Looks great.

I don’t recognize the place. Are you sure it isn’t Big River? That looks like a house below the Parker diversion dam.

7870 Riverside Dr, Parker, AZ 85344

I saw it when it was for sale in 2019ish. Beautiful house. 2 million plus back then. I can't even guess what it is worth now.

Probably hasn't been reassessed in a couple years. Would expect the property taxes to be more. Biggest down side to La Paz County.

But you would need a 50% reduction in boat size, and how's the trailer shine is it lasting?

Just below Bransons if I recall. Some nice new pads going in there.

Makes sense. I don’t go down that way very often. No real reason not to just doesn’t happen unless we’re wake surfing which I haven’t done in a couple years.

Looks like a bad ass pad!

I believe it is (or was) known as the "Cottonwood Ranch".

Yeah. I don’t run the gun on the lower river. But Jerry’s house on the upper river works well. Less crazy up there compared to
Lower River

Trailer is looking good, holding up
Well. Linseed oil is doing a Good job. Threw another coat on it real quick after last weekend. So easy to apply I’ll
Just do it once a month.
