77 hondo runner bottom with a blown gas BBC540. I don't want to or need to sell it, my wife doesn't want to sell it either but it keeps crossing my mind since I haven't gotten to take it out in almost two years. perfect river boat with low use on the motor. New big m dart block with lunati blower crank Manley rods je pistons canfield heads 8/71 blower the list goes on. Dual 1150 dominators built by c&j for this motor. tuned by Steve Brule at westech performance. the bottom end of the motor is all really low use as well as electronics. Its a perfect river boat that's plenty fun and fast and a obvious head turner. It won't win any billy b boat shows but that kinda helps keep the stress low and fun to use high. it has one peoples choice award at Pirates in Parker tho the paint is still in amazing shape with no fade and looks awesome. it was built well runs amazing but has some things that keeps this project ongoing that I would still like to tackle like a leaky v drive, it could use some burndown breathers, trailer is fine, and that's the big things off the top of my head. with two kids our stoker has become the main boat and date nights are hard to squeeze in these days with this boat. Im not sure what boats like this go for these days or if people still like Flatty's or would they rather surf all day instead? Here's a clip of it on the strip.
