It’s STOOPID hot for the PNW for 3-4 days. We waited until 7:30 tonight to launch the wake boat on our lake here at the house. Daughter is really starting to surf well. I’m not much into the surf thing, I’m much more at home in a Sky Ski, but she really enjoys it. Fiancé surfed too, her jacket from last year doesn’t fit with the new tits, but she rode pretty well. Water is 80, air temp was still in the 90s. GREAT EVENING!

Tuesday night @bigdawgmini and myself were on the phone discussing an early Wednesday morning run down the Columbia for a breakfast blast. He was going to take his dad and the wind/tide report looked favorable to not get beat up. I was prepared to run solo, which is fine, and when I hung up the daughter says “I want to go.... can I go please please please”...... she not typically the first to raise her hand when the big boat gets pulled out, so without hesitation I agreed. Up early Wednesday and we hit the water. Was a great 120 mile rip, the last 30 miles she and I never dropped below 80. We had a blast!

Nope, no speed limit! Where we hang out is considered "non-navicable" river so no restrictions.

There is a damn that controls Detriot Lake about 50mi away.

It is the lowest I've ever seen it. 2 weeks ago it was fine. Yesterday and today I actually had to lift the bow on the boat to get it over the front roller.

Thanks man! She has more ambition then I do the puppy is doing well! Going to be a good dog, loves the water!
