A friend of mine is looking for a good Boating attorney for the San Bernardino Jurisdiction and I thought someone on here knows of a good one.

Thanks in advance.

For what kind of case? Criminal, Fraud, Collision, etc.

Hit up BoatPI, here on the forum. The attorney in San Diego that I did work for, went to Federal prison for "enticing and coercing a female to engage in prostitution".

Like someone else said, we need to know what sort of legal case is intended here. If it’s PI or accident, etc. to make a recommendation.

I know a firm that has represented manufacturers such as Place Diverter and Eliminator in business litigation. But that might not be why you’re after. PM if you want.

Were the top Maritime attorneys in the state if that’s what you’re looking for is Neil Lerner out of Los Angeles. Haven’t spoken to him a couple years but he’s about as good as it gets.

I like to think of myself as a boater that likes to sometimes practice law.

Unless it had a nexus to maritime activities, it should fall under personal injury. At least that's my limited understanding. I haven't looked further into it than that.

"Even if an accident occurs on navigable waters, maritime law will only apply if the incident has a substantial relationship to traditional maritime activity. This usually means activities that are related to commerce or navigation on navigable waters.
Implications Of Maritime Law"

Feel free to PM me.

I handle boating cases in CA and the firm that work with can take AZ cases.

They always have me look at the potential boating cases because I've been boating for 20 years and know the Colorado River region fairly well, especially Needles to Parker.
