My buddy is gonna sell his 2005 Hallett 210 OB, 496HO, low hours, under 150, original owner, boat is white base with orange & gray, it's beautiful and in perfect shape, maintained yearly. Stored indoors in Needles at his river place.

He's gonna call Jerry Barron today and pick his brain to see what he should ask, I mentioned I'd ask RDP and also will list it here in a few days.

What do you guys think he should ask?

Thanks-Phil

Post some pictures... It will sell before the end of the week.

When I asked about selling my Hallett 240... The range was 25~40K.

I had PM's and offers wanting it.

I'd guess mid-to-high 30's... might even catch +40.

There is an 04 now on CL for 38.5K but I think its high and it has a tower on it. I would say the 05 would sell around mid 30's. 210 are popular but not as much as 240.

That is my boat. Can't be too high. Have had quite a few calls. First person to come see it will leave with it. Had a call from Utah that is working his way out.

Well equipped 210's and 240's do not come up very often.

It looks like a nice sled, but its listed on CL for $38.5 I would assume you would take less than that as everyone on CL is a nut kicker. Good luck and hope I it sells for high $$$$

Hey PVHCA... I would say if the boat is as clean as Runs2rch's, that would be the right price. Some people on here may not opt for the tower, but I'd bet more than 80% of boaters would look at it as a plus.

Very nice ride... :thumbsup There was a lot of lost sleep debating between a 210 or the 22 Deck we ended up with.

Main reason I started a little higher of course. Many of the CL crowd are nut kickers for sure, but everything I have sold on CL has left with the first person to see it. Our 89 270 buyer could not believe how clean the boat was.

The cool part with the tower is boards and skis don't take up room in the boat. The wake out of a Big block powered 210 is better than any tow sports boat I have been behind. The tower is also easily removed.

For a 210??

O5 with a 496ho and less than 150 hours I would say yes.

I bet there is very few 05+ boats around.

If it's perfect with good gel I would say it's going to Bring good $$&. Maybe not now but I would hold off with summer coming.

I've been going back and forth on a tower. We have never pulled anything w the cobra. Mainly because a wake board doesn't fit well in the locker. I'm sure the kids will be wakeboarding and skiing though. Just not sure I like the look.

Maybe if it was a schiada....?

[emoji23][emoji23][emoji6]

Wasn't looking to compare the two.. just surprised how much the value has gone up on these.

I was looking at 210's last year and they ranged from teens to twenties for pretty nice boats..

I'm just surprised at how much the value has increased on them.. The 240's have gone up like ten grand in less than two years!

Everything has gone up a ton in the last two years...

Seems clean 20 year old 210's are going for 20-25. Buckles closed bow 1996 went for pretty dang good $$$.

There are 20 guys on this board that keep there eye out and would buy a 15-17k clean 210 today just to flip them. Same with the 240's

I would love to pick up a 210, unfortunately my old Hallett cruiser is going the opposite direction in value. Anyone want to trade a 210 for a twin turbo v drive cruiser?
