I run the new Riviera storage that is across the street from Bashas. its a brand new facility. Lights and outlets in each unit. 14' doors. hose bibs throughout so you can wash down your boat or toys. rv dump station. our 35' start at $265 and go up from there. We were fully booked and had a waiting list before we were even open

Best storage facility in town. MR. HP himself will help wash and wipe down your boat when you’re ready to put it away.

Most of the ones that are great deals the people have had a long time and they will bump the price up a bunch when you leave for the new people.

Very frustrating. Need 40ft.

Steve, thanks again for the conversation and for showing us the unit. It’s awesome and would have worked out great for us. We just happened to get extremely lucky in finding something closer to the house.

The valet place across from us by the porno store is a pretty cost-effective route, it’s much cheaper than private storage, You can drop off your boat they put it away, you call them the night before and they bring it out for you, there’s a full-time detailer there as well, two big warehouses, they probably have 50 to 75 boats in there. I think it’s called VIP. There is a dcb 44 and some other very high dollar rigs in there.

I'm out. I just bought a house near the golf course with a 24x14x60 RV garage plus a 2 car garage, plus side yard for flatbed trailer - solves my storage issues.
New construction almost finished. COE Jan for tax reasons. Front landscaped but rear just dirt so will be needing a pool and outdoor kitchen design/build next year.
RV garage has full hookups, insulated and prewired for dual mini splits. Back to 3 homes. Should have saved my furniture from last time I had 3. Oh well.
The important thing is more boating in 2022!!! And my boats will be indoors finally. Super stoked.

If you take 14\Pear blossom route to Havasu, it is pretty convenient. Not sure what the transfer deal is but drop me a line if you have any interest and I’ll reach out to them.
