My wife came up with the Pacifier. For 12 years everytime we seen a Conquest I would make a comment about it and say someday. When we were finally in a position to get one she came up with the Pacifier, smiled and said shut up!!

Second Wind.. My pops was getting back into the river hot and heavy last season so I did some word assoication before I finally broke down and called H20Ski2fast. He came up with the name in about 2 seconds. LOL

Stacy's boat will be gone tomorrow, so we'll be transferring that name onto the 10'er. "Kiss my Glass"

Not sure on the 12'er yet..

My dad's nic name in football was the "Bear" he named his boats "Running Bear"

So now my 73' Hondo is "Runnin' Bear Too"

As for the backstory on the name: One of my friends had been wanting to get a boat & more so after I bought mine. He was not sure if his GF/future wife would like it or not & he asked what my wife said about it when I took her out in it the first few times. Told him, "I think she likes it okay but it doesn't really matter cause if she bitched at me about it, I wouldn't hear her anyway 'cause its louder than her...... :skull

It's made for some interesting conversations at the lake from time to time... :thumbsup

When I first bought the boat it was in pretty rough shape, I originally thought of calling it "Trailer Trash", lol....
