Bullshit ....you stand for America don't you lol

You go to the event, you pay the price, you go inside and see the event you just paid for ...... how in the fuck can you come up with a idea to help these cheap assclowns to understand why and where there 10 bucks to park and their 10 bucks to get in is going to be used.

So in that case let's give everyone a 1st place trophy that entered the show with their boat , car etc ......

RD you jumped the shark lol [emoji41][emoji202]

You can't condemn people for "choosing" to not participate in the event and turning around and driving away. Then in the same breath say You stand for freedom (America) of choice. They made their choice, and it's their choice to make either way.

My suggestion was "perception is reality". People are under the impression they are parking their car in a dirt lot and the money goes into some greedy promoters hands (perception). Reality is the $$ goes towards local causes (most of it), so they might feel better about paying the $$ if tat's the case. Even though the reality of the situation has changed zero.

It's was just a suggestion on delivery (one of about a 100 that I would change)

In this years show I actually had a vendor spot locked in for RDP. I didn't have to pay for parking or attendance. I didn't bring my toy hauler up the day before. I paid the 10.00 for parking and entrance for myself and my buddy Timmy and was happy to do it.

In my opinion to see that level of hardware (even if it was less than last year) 30.00 is cheap.

By calling them cheap assclowns you are condemning them..

I'm not 100% sure what you aren't getting here?

The event itself can pull a permit, and the boats that would run wouldn't need registration at that point. The event would have to cover liability insurance towards the boats / drivers etc.. and provide some basic things like Safety / Medical. That all said the event is technically liable right now if anyone goes out in their boat and wads one. I'm pretty sure they already have medical on standby for the event anyways.

As for the naysayers, it's 20 bucks it goes to a great cause (local charities), and you aren't going to see that many or that type of boats anywhere else. I thought it was a pretty good show, especially given the weather leading up to it etc..

Missed the show this year, weather related. The entry and parking fees are miniscule.

Great pics, thanks

Cameron was most interested in the CHP (who spent over an hour answering every question he could think of and letting him talk on the PA) and the LifeFlight Helicopter

every trip into Bullhead includes a trip to ShiverRiver for shaved ice. I don’t think I’ll ever try it, but the wife said the Pickle shaved ice was amazing.

Could you imagine being the owner of the boat shop that the guy who won’t pay $20 to go to a boat show takes his boat to for service?

I can imagine being the owner, and telling the guy to go pound sand!
