Very few sports are more competitive and require the technical skill of BMX racing. I have been in the sport longer than most, and to this day nothing is more satisfying than sharing it with my daughter. Being an older rider, we have to think things through a little more than in our younger days. Shit happens quickly, and you end up on your ass in no time. Set goals, keep pushing yourself, learn from other riders, and you two will have a good time.
I’d really like to line up some one on one coaching with you for Amy (shit, I could use it too). Kick it around and let me know if you can carve out time. PM me so we can discuss options, cost etc.

We will be in kingman this weekend for the state qualifier and gold cup race. Are you guys heading there? Currently my daughter is #1 in the nation in her age group and my son is battling for top in the state
Shit, we have a full weekend of work up here. But knowing we have a couple of mini RDPers that need cheering on- I might rearrange some stuff.

Ok Ok this is all fun and all but come spring thaw I have a feeling that future pond may be carved out into a BMX track or something.... PS; good writing skills ole sport, you won't need anyones assistance ;)
We are eyeballing the pad with the high tunnel for a truck/pump track. The way it’s laid out, I could run a pump straight section right through the high tunnel 😬.

Living the BMX life. So far we’ve gone to three states races this year. Both kiddos each have two 1st place finishes and one 2nd. They’ll be racing in Camarillo this Saturday.

I've made a little progress on the pond but weather shut us down. Hoping to get back at this fall.

I’d say it’s exactly in line with the other crazy shit you’ve accomplished in the last number of years!
Awesome!
