Cool video but I wish he would keep his talent off-road so he can keep doing cool stuff.

That video is pretty much Exhibit One for the prosecution from 3:08 to 3:20. Wheelies on a public roadway is slam dunk reckless driving.

And given he already had one plea and conviction for this type of stuff a judge will not be very happy and he could be looking at losing driving privileges for a long period of time.

Let’s hope they ignore it and let it slide. And let’s hope someone pulls that talented young man aside and gives him some helpful advice on how to couple using your head with doing cool shit.
How do we know that he didn’t go through the correct channels, get a permit and do this on a “closed course”?

And they are winning because they are listening.

We need to push back.

We just discussed this in the Pismo beach thread...

There is not enough lobbying arms from the UTV or boating industry that fight to keep this stuff open.

I’m not saying grassroots resistance won’t work, it just needs more organized resistance before it gets that far.

Fair point. I’m sure the authorities will be able to quickly assess that if they get a hold of the video.

It seems logical that this talented young man would have put up a Bond, arranged for significant insurance policies, filed for and received approvals from multiple levels of government and multiple agencies, paid thousands of dollars for the barricade company, off-duty LEO’s, placed the legally required warning in the video that this was done on a closed course (as required by law) and all the other necessary requirements to shut a public roadway for what are unauthorized activities on an open roadway.........all for a 12 second wheelie. :)

I’m not busting the guys balls for having talent, I’m just suggesting he or his friends think a little given he already has one strike that we all have knowledge of. All you need is one person who thinks he was tearing shit up take it down to Arizona Department of Public Safety and they are required by law to look into whether or not it happened on an Arizona roadway under their jurisdiction. If he had a permit, cool. But if not, all it takes is one hater.

That's funny I just got time to watch the video. That's not even a sprint boat, that's a 10' jetstream. Badass fun little boats.

I was just running my buddies a couple weeks ago. 230hp supercharged rotax in my buddies. GPS'ed at 70 with one person. Full UHMW bottom..

And the worst thing I seen in that vid is, he is hanging out with the lake lice..lol jk

I felt threatened and don't think that video should be allowed to play in CA.

Ive followed the build of this boat and wondered what material that was on the bottom. For those in the know, what is that UHMW that he riveted on the bottom? Is it some sort urethane

Wednesday about midnight night I followed him out couldn’t tell what he was towing ....

From behind the trailer doesn’t look like a regular trailer towing a boat. Finally got next to him in Parker and thought it looked cool.

His trailer has kings w/ bypass, full independent looks cool.

The intakes are pretty forgiving and even if they do the jetstream's you can upgrade the kit with a "stomp grate" pretty cool feature.

And alot of guys just keep an extra center pump section in the boat incase you get a rock jammed in the impeller. 10min and you can just swap center sections and be back on the water
