It must have been really really bad for them to leave Buckskin and move the business to California.......... Being it is Indian land do they get a tax break or something???

Someone will know better, but it was Buckskin that didn’t want the restaurant there anymore and didnt renew the lease from what I heard. Stupid move if you ask me.

That’s BLM land not Indian land.

Story I heard is they wanted a ton of money to renew lease. the guy that pays all the bills decided to take it to a park he already leases.

They tried to raise the rent when the lease came up. Phil said fuck you I made this place into what it is not paying more. They put it up for bid and no takers. So he said fuck you I am moving it to my other overflow park across the river. They tried to get him back but to late. Now they are doing up Big Bend to keep the customers happy and away from spending money at buckskin.

Here at BB now.. Place looks great! Kids are diggin the arcade and the food is awesome!

What the guys said is all true. The lease ended and life moved on...

BB is BLM land. The Indian land stops WAY south of BB.
