I made that comment because there seems to be many that don't believe this vaccine / booster shot has any side effects. It's obvious this guy has health issues, if he were a Republican the dems would be screaming to have him removed from office.

Staged booster is my take when any politician gets on TV (national or local) and gets the jab, how do we really know what's in that syringe? It could be water for all we know.
