Saw the dad of the kid who was killed and he made it very clear that it wasn't a racial or political deal. But we know that him and his family wouldn't be getting such grace if it was reversed.

I'll add that Frisco is one of the safest cities in the Metroplex. The last murder there was years ago. A family devastated, another family whose 17 YO is gonna do life. He's an adult according to Texas law, and Collin County juries don't fuck around with things like this.

I dated a girl for a while who was a twin. At 10 years old she was walking down the street a few miles from home. All of a sudden she was overcome with nausea, threw up, and said she had an overwhelming sense that something was wrong. She said she felt that she had to get home immediately.
Her twin sister had been hit and killed while riding her bike in front of their home.

The black community has a major problem with young males not being raised by male father figures in the house. I do not know why black woman get knocked up by loser male sperm doners , but they do. Until pressure or reality changes I do not see this problem going away. When a black woman ends up with 3-4 kids with different fathers and still single unfortunately the street raises these kids.
We had one president who could of started to send that message (obama) to that community and it did not happen. It all starts with a nuclear family or it breaks down with lack of that family. I have said it for yesrs. STOP MAKING BABIES YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO RAISE.

A 13 year old kid was stabbed in my son's old school in Escondido, Bear Valley (8 out of 10). The Mexican gang was always trying to get him because he was a big kid and stood up for himself. They finally got him outside of school. My son said they followed him for a while until they 3 of them stabbed him in a rush. I pulled my son out of that school and went to charter school...no issues, no gangs, no vaping, no drama, just a bunch of dork kids that want to learn.

On a side note, my son said a lot of kids stopped going to that school after Trump started his Ice program.

I have lived within 10 miles of Alderwood Mall for the last 20+ years, the entire area has slowly transitioned to areas to steer clear of. I hope that it doesn't wind up like South Center, but I can see it happening. The Tacompton hood rats have been moving north for a couple of decades.

I used to take my kids and 2nd wife for a Blizzard at the Dairy Queen on the west side of 128th ST SE just west of I5 occasionally. It was sketch, the Motel 6 was right next to the drive through and the shit we would see while waiting to order was crazy. That was 5 years ago, cant imagine what it's like right now. That area is a cesspool of drug addict homeless, drug dealers and prostitution in plane site. Even my bipolar ex who seemed to love seeing drama on TV like that was concerned every time we went. I wanted my sons to see what would happen if they experimented with drugs and was confident I could handle any situation if it arose. But I would never unlock the doors and was prepared to put the peddle down and use the degenerates as a speed bump if necessary.

Now it's taken an unbelievable turn. For the last ten years or so, we have been told it's racist and an act of white supremacy to say, or even imply, that the destruction of the nuclear family is a factor in the crime explosion among black youth. It's also racist to point out that black males under a certain age commit over 50% of US murders every year, or to support LEO on the streets.

I actually subscribe to the Dallas Morning News (old man stuff), and almost every day there's a murder or two, and the teenage victims are invariably named DeTavion or Sa'quell. It's tragic, but there's no motivation to do anything about it, because doing so would admit the facts about absent fathers, leftist DAs, and the court systems that dictate $2,500 bonds for violent criminals that reoffend when released to the streets again.

Today's version in the paper was a 17 year old arrested in South Dallas for shooting and killing a 14 year old kid. Both of them were black.

In Texas, 17 is the age of criminal responsibility. It's also quite common for offenders younger than 17 to be certified as adults. In Collin County, where this murder occurred, the DA is stone cold and our juries are quite willing to find capital murder defendants guilty and sentence them to life without parole or death.
