My vote is the Heat. Only the Heat and London Bridge are protected from the weather. IMO Heat rooms are better. The new ones on the bottom floor should be super clean and a short walk to the docks.

We like the Casino hotel at Havasu Landing....boat launch is nice, marina is nice, slips are plentiful and cheap....beach is nice, you can pull your boat up on the beach and walk to the restaurant/bar....in the evening we put the boat in the slip and take the ferry over to the channel..

Most definitely the heat, I have trouble walking and elevator to the ground floor, docking area is great.

My go-to hotel is in Australia, I can recommend it to you if you like! I've been to Lake Havasu recently(I have been to most lakes in America, to say the truth), and I can admit that I'm not their greatest fan. However, Australia's lakes are much greater and I always have a better experience there. I finally found some accommodation hotels near me that are super close to spectacular lakes. Australia's enormous open grasslands and big mountain ranges form a ton of space for lakes to form, from Tasmania's brilliant Lake St Clair delights to South Australia's constantly color-changing blue lake.

I am sure the heat is newer and I have never been in their rooms....but I can't imagine having to navigate the channel everyday to just leave and come back to my room fock that....Nautical all day long... Yeah, you are not protected from the weather but learn how to set an anchor and if the weather really gets back pull the boat out the night before. I hate idling to the bouy line let alone have to go through channel every time I want to go boat or come back and chill...
