Best early breakfast in Parker?

Who’s got the best breakfast in Parker? On the strip would be cool but in town for a good chicken fried steak is fine too.

I haven't been to Roadrunner since the re-opening, but I've read it's pretty good?

Roadrunner opens at 7am, otherwise Early bird cafe, Crossroads can be hit or miss depending on what you order.

Weekend or Weekday? Some don't open til later or not at all for breakfast for weekdays. Roadrunners used to be open earliest everyday, that was when they first opened, not sure if that still applies. But it was good. Best bet is to call the place you want to go and get their updated breakfast hours. Can't go wrong with either early bird or crossroads in town and you know they will be open.

Early bird is always good with great service. Sundance is open again and I keep hearing they have a good breakfast but I haven’t tried it yet

Agreed. It is good. Also super good pizza. But that’s not breakfast… no wait… yea it is.

Pirates if they are open for breakfast, you just can’t beat the river view and their food is pretty good.

Otherwise, we always went to Crossroads, it’s dumpy but it’s my favorite dump in Parker.

I know everyone says go to Fox’s. They don’t open till 10 and I’m hungry NOW!!! Breakfast at the Springs worth it? Options! We ate a late lunch at Serapes yesterday it was very good👍

Only there a couple days so my view is anecdotal at best.
I’d say Early Bird.

I don’t know you but I have an impression.
Folks in Parker don’t have the same idea of breakfast time as some of us do
Now, you might be amused by the story of my wife going a bit Pirate in that thread.
But to save time, Early Bird.

The Early Bird is great. I’ve never had that great of luck at Crossroads. It’s fine but isn’t anything above a minimum expectation.

Fox’s is awesome but takes an hour to get a skier sandwich.

Pirates is good and the view is on point.

Yep. Heard She was BB. But I am not a BB supporter. Bring Her back to Echo and open are bar. Big MO trying to close us for good is BS. I know She was supposed to Retire. She always came through for Me even after breakfast cut off time.

A few weeks back it opened at 11 but,,, I dunno, somethings missing. Was supposed to be run by the Crossroads people. Dunno the status of all that now.
When the most popular bartender left she took all the energy and character of the place with her. Never seen anything like that before.

We like Lilly's Mexican Food in town and the Roadrunner even though it was getting up to speed was still pulling it off pretty good.
Road runner was opening at 7.
Always check.

Pirates Den has the best food on the water. They always have fresh food and I've never had an issue with anything I've eaten there.

I get bfast and lunch at Big Bend a lot too and that is good food.

Sundance has great food too! I'm a big fan of Sundance's food.

I haven't eaten eat at Roadrunner since she reopened. I'll check it out one of these days .

In town, I like Early Bird. I do think Crossroads has better food, but it's always packed!
