I'm in for another 1/4 and some bacon. Sent you a text @wash11

If anyone is on the fence of buying meat from Joel and Amy, it is totally worth it. Delivery to OC is just icing on the cake.

So glad to see RDP supporting Joel and Amy. I have done the sample box and my family is working our way through our 1/4 I got a few months ago. It is top notch to say the least. When my wife is requesting beef short ribs (not a meat eater) you know it’s good. From burgers to filets his stuff is prime time.

I’ll get ya on the next run Joel. Travel safe my friend.

Oh , I want to try your spice. Can I buy online or should I wait until I see you again?

Can’t wait on our shipment! Btw- the seasonings is phenomenal. We tried it last week on our steaks after Amy shipped it to us. It is a game changer!

For anyone on the fence- we have a savings account that we put in $120 a month between the both of us so we don’t have to come up with the lump sum. 1/4 last us about a year. We normally just cook 1 steak at a time since they are large cuts.. Definitely a big savings over the year with the price of beef at the store so high and the quality of beef.

Same here. Just did some burgers. What a difference in flavor. And yes the seasoning is great.

Amy asked me to break apart a couple of extra 1/4’s so she can do more boxes this trip. Text me your info and I’ll set up. Joel 928-486-4043

All 1/4's and 40lb boxes are spoken for this round. Still have ground beef, bacon and raw dog food available. If you want beef before Christmas, PLEASE get on the list now. Fall is our highest demand season, and it gets to be a challenge filling orders. The sooner I know what you want, the better chance I have at scheduling extra butcher appointments as needed.

@wash11 I have been meaning to post for the last couple of days.

It was great meeting you and Amy and I can 100% agree with others that the beef you are raising is amazing. I was skeptical at first when I tried the burger in the early years, but there is NO comparison to what you have going on now. My kids even ask if we are having the "good meat"

I do have a question on what to do with a "london Broil"?. I tried cooking one of these in my early married years (cheaper cut of meat) in a stir-fry and it just didn't go over to well. 17 yrs later I still haven't touched one. So any suggestions you have would be appreciated.

Thanks and keep doing what you do....

If you like kabobs, London broil is great for them.

This......
This was me for years. I can't tell you how many different recipes I tried in the beginning- most had been around for decades. It sucked 100% of the time. A customer forwarded me a link after I whined about this very thing.

Short version was to forget everything I knew about doing a London broil and just cook it like a fat steak. Yahtzee. This works well with dry rubs and every marinade I've tried. Never cook over medium rare and cut thin sliced with the grain. It's been back on the menu for several years now but I still feel bad about all the LB's that I ruined:oops:

I appreciate you saying this! We are right at a decade of obsessing over beef. What we thought was great in the beginning wouldn't even be acceptable today. We've come a very long way. We have so many customers that are still with us from the beginning, and we've gotten to hear about our improvements year after year, we've also had really honest feedback when we don't nail it- you can't buy that kind of feedback and it's allowed us to get where we are. Thank you for taking a chance!
