and not the good kind boys!! Never seen one in here just down south by three dunes. Came within two feet of my ass and my kids chased it down the beach

He has been hanging around the channel for awhile now and doesn’t seem spooked by boats or people.

That said I wouldn’t go trying to pet him or chase him.

Pretty cool seeing them up close and non aggressive

Saw one from a sea doo on lake Mohave about 15 years ago. He saw me coming into a cove and dove off the rock he was standing on, swam down to the bottom about 12-15ft deep and clung onto it waiting for me to leave.

Saw him Easter Sunday weekend. We set up by the Windsor north ramp. Did a definite double take..He was just cruising around doing his thing.

I've seen one working the beach at the Nautical. Walked between chairs and easy-ups on the Time Share side. I always feel sorry for Havasu beavers: no chance to ever build a dam...

Don't believe they have been particular good to docks around Beachcomber or Islander:confused:

I've seen a few in Needles over the years and they are a lot bigger in person than in pictures. Look like a big as dog swimming down river

I never knew about the beavers, and I almost found out the hard way in Laughlin that they have skunks. Me and a buddy were cruising the boardwalk and he fucking grabbed my shoulder. I looked at him like wtf??? He said there's 2 skunks right there...definitely caught me off guard

My buddies boat name in the 70's and 80's was "Beaver Shot". We saw a lot of hairy beaver back then. Just started seeing that elusive bare beaver back then too.

My Daytona in the 90s was the "Furr Trap".
