Update. These currently have the 525EFI bolt pattern. Flange can easily be machined for the standard BBC pattern if needed. This service is available at Teague and I sure many other capable machine shops.

I believe the flanges and bolt holes do line up. The difference is big block will have holes for 3/8" bolts and 496 will have holes for 8mm, that just gives more clearance around the bolts. It's not the flanges I think you will have trouble with, its everything else. Oil filter mount and lines, ecm mounting etc. We did a cmi 496 kit on my buddies boat and even the kit intended for 496 left a bunch of stuff for us to clean up
