Anybody else notice that BR has changed there formula? It has lost some of its "fat content" feel on your tongue and it almost seems kind of chewy when you are eating it.
My wife is an ice cream geek and she really analyzes this stuff. Like everything else, the price has doubled and the quality has gone down. Love me some Ben & Jerry's but I can no longer give my money to those commies.

Almost to convenient being down the street from one! It’s definitely gotten pricey and less flavorful like Plumloco said, from what I remember at least… i can only imagine what coldstone cost now for any size! It was pricey 5-7 years ago.

The price of a quadruple is so obscene, the have to cover it with a piece of paper. It’s like the curtain in front of the porn section at the old video rental stores.

Yes I do feel part of it is inflation but a bigger part is having to pay what was once an entry level job maybe 10$ an hour to my guess is minimum 16-17. Price of electricity is up transportation is up. And like previously mentioned refrigeration repairs. Plus rent! Rent is crazy since 3 years ago. Some of these places will soon be a thing of the past because it will simply price itself out of the market. Look at toy stores for example. They are no more cause online shopping has put them out. I would do anything for toys r us to come back so I can take my kids there as my parents did and let them have a blast.

Our BR closed years ago. The space they occupied is now a nail salon. For ice cream, it is DQ as our best option. I have a Brownie Oreo Cupfection at least once per week.

I agree with what you are saying, I also think some business owners are being a little slow to adjust. We might as well get used to it though, because I don't think we've seen the worst of the inflation yet.

Definitely not. I’ve had a talk with anyone at my shop who makes purchases I want to talk about them before it happens now because I feel it’s time to tighten up a little even though I haven’t seen a slow down yet.

In N Out in Torrance Friday 1:45 a.m. 2 double singles, 1 ch burger 2 large drinks. $20.85. But the show . . .

It was the busiest I have ever seen one. The entire restaurant was filled with teenagers (85% girls) all dressed exactly the same. Standing room only. We went inside to order because the drive thru was insane. Apparently they were all coming from a K-Pop concert somewhere. Crazy thing was these kids couldn't wait to tell us all about the band. They were like apostles for this band of skinny little eraser heads. Some of the girls gave us business cards or trading cards with pics of the band and stuff. It was nuts.
