A few months back, we picked up an 05 Country Country Inspire 40' and love it... Even though the Inspire is Country Coach's entry-level coach, their build quality is pretty excellent. We've been on a couple of trips with it, and the one improvement I knew it needed was a basement fridge... NO MORE ICE CHEST! ICECO vl65 dual zone. Love this thing, it holds temp well and can split fridge/freezer duties as needed. I already had a 110 plug in the cargo bay, so I just dropped it on the slide, making it super convenient when relaxing outside and needing a cold drink.

We love our basement fridge. It keeps things cooler more consistently than the Nevercold in the coach. We have the Dometic 75 dual zone.

I need to do this and the basement slides.
Be aware you lose space with the slide trays. The track is narrower than compartment door and drawer is inside of the tracks. You can put narrow things like a ladder Or step stool in those gaps though

True, but I'd willingly give up a small about space for the added usability. Our last coach didn't have slides, and it was a pain in the a$$ to get anything in or out.
