Hey guys,

Planning to eat at barely bros this weekend. Where do you guys park your boat? Usually I park on the beach with the 22 but I’ve notice it’s close to the rocks. With the bigger boat it will definitely be in the rocks. Might be over thinking but just like to plan ahead.

Red is where i usually park.

They have some docks to the left for the restaurants. They’ve been renting them to people though. 🤔

Haven't been there in a bunch of years, but they used to have courtesy slips in front, give them a call to see if they're still available.

Yeah we park at the LBR/Kokomos docks and go up the stairs on the bridge, walk over the channel and cross the street for Barley Bros.

We’ve done it with the 30 but sometimes it’s challenging because the slips are pretty small or close together at that size and other large boats are in there.

I park at the heat, give the dock hand a couple bucks for letting dock while we eat at Makais.

Park south of the bridge in front of the Condo's under the (owner provided) EZUP, relax in the beach chairs before or after dinner, cheers 😃

It's kind of inconvenient now. All those dock spots directly in front of Makais are rental docks. I had the same issue, usually parked at that sandy spot big enough for a couple boats but last time water was up pretty good and I couldn't park there.
I ended up doing what other inmates have said, parked south of the heat as close as I could and just walked over. Kinda a bummer though cause when I came back there were sandy foot prints that went across my bow since I tied up to the sea wall. My fault though, I parked there.
Not really any good spots IMO.

Last weekend in the area marked red on your map, it seems like there were way more rocks than normal. I usually beach there then go to Makai, not sure what I’ll do this weekend.

We beached in the red area on Sunday. They seemed to have added a bunch of rip rap on that hill recently. We ended up comfortably far from the rocks as did the Nordic deck next to us.

When they took out the courtesy docks there I figured it came down to the money paid by the new occupants versus customers for the restaurant was more important. Kinda like pirates beach fees, haven't stopped again
