So I just saw this on FB.. and it retails for 59k. looks like it is built to the hilt.. has a decent living quarters, an area for a king size bed.. big ass garage and its 59k? All aluminum!

Some of these toy haulers don't seem half ass capable and cost more?? what am I missing?

Damn that's nice!

I think the car hauler market has been reaching deeper into the dual purpose trailer market the last few years and they look great!

I have a 44' Pace Shadow GT that I haul 2 cars in. Very well built trailer. And knowing what that cost new, there has to be a typo in the $59k price I would bet, especially if its all aluminum. Haulmark is very proud of their trailers and their pricing reflects it. They are however a very nice trailer, and this one is exceptional.

LQ trailers as they are called are nice, but not for everyone. They usually benefit the car show guys more than most drag racers. Drag racers want space for parts, tools etc, and will sleep on a fold up cot. But then again there are those that have the stackers and full on motor home package. The LQ trailer does it all in a smaller ad cheaper package.

My 44' weights around 10k empty.

I'm not buying that it is 59k.... maybe 159k

X2, no way an all aluminum trailer, with all the bells and whistles sells for $59k. Most 28-30 bumper pull trailers sell for that price.

I purchased a 28 foot Featherlite bumper pull this year for 19k and it is all aluminum, model number 4926 with additional 6" in height and silver exterior.

I was referring to a a weekend warrior or toy hauler type trailer.

The only possible way that price is right is its a used trailer - that was totaled and rebuilt - and the one you get doesn't look like that!

Hallmark trailers aren't exactly in the DCB type quality category...

Last few years, they've kinda gotten a Walmart type reputation.

I'll take that wal mart trailer for $56k

X2...so would it.
I'm not sure if the old adage of 'you get what you pay for applies'...or not.
I just constantly hear from my racing cohorts complaining about quality issues with that particular brand.
