The problem is that if the cop let him go by and turn around just in time for the camera to catch the guy running over the family you would be saying the cop should have swerved into the atv's way to protect the family that he knew was there. If you watch the video a few times the F- stick doesn’t respond ( like Slow Down ) until it’s way to late.

So F. S. Is riding down a pedestrian trail and sees a car heading his way and doesn’t respond - let up on the gas, slow down Or Turn Around GTFO !
