This could get very interesting......

I am going to need a giant tub of popcorn for when a Police Officer or Deputy in California which declaired itself a Sanctuary State working for a Sanctuary City or County (Take your pick.... LAPD, LASD, Santa Ana PD, SDSD, ect) detains an illegal and turns them over to ICE. State Laws & Municipal Codes actually make it a crime for a Police Officer in those sactuary city and state to do so. The officer risks arrest at the state level, termination, loss of pension, ect...

If they are really paying 750. per illegal I am considering seriously with working with my BIL (retired sheriff and Army vet) and my son in doing this.

If you can snag 3-4 a day thats some good money. You could roll a cool million in a year.

Anybody know if that 750. is legit or not?

Fox did a ride along with ICE picking up known illegals. It was beyond eye opening.

The number of crimes they committed and were then released back into sanctuary cities were way worse than I expected. Some had been red tagged by Interpol, which is the highest alert and sort of an international warrant to arrest and retain for extradition.

Wife said that was Boston and Mayor Wu and Gov. Healey don't know what to do. 😭

Where do they get dropped off over the border.
Also how. Like open the bus down, push them out and drive off?
It's not like mexico wants 2500000 of them back.

… Interesting thing here in North Hollywood, which has got me wondering???… The house directly across the street from me was rented two or three weeks ago… The owner is Armenian…the people that moved in are Armenian… and they don’t appear to speak a word of English… it doesn’t look like a family situation to me… Plus they are all driving very new looking SUVs…
… Criminals from Armenia, who snuck across the border🤷🏽‍♀️… anybody have the phone number for ICE… Asking for a friend…

… they are using military jets to take them back to their country of origin👍
But then what?
Where does the jet land? A public airport. Opens the back, push them out and fly away?
I dont care regardless. Just wondering...

Mexico denied landing - they are not accepting returns.

I wonder how that will play out?

I watch that video and I think back to the interview when Harris was asked “looking back on the past four years is there anything you would do differently and she answered with “I can’t think of a thing”. And they’re all still wondering why they got beaten so badly

Boggles my mind that the liberals
Are so dead set on pushing back against Trump that they won’t assist ise in deporting CRIMINALS that are released from jail
After bookings or time served. I get it, bleeding heart for those seking ti get away from oppressive countries (allegedly) but really? You want fuckin criminals here? It’s just crazy and a far different stance from them as of just like 10 years ago. Shows how far off the reservation dem law makers are now and how they’ve let a very vocal
But very minor woke minority group
In their party just absolutely wreck
House. And lost them the presidency…twice.

Oh, and on the topic at hand. Typical news blast, don’t read too
Much into it. Ice is out doing their
Thing (as they should!). It’s not as dramatic as the news plays out in 99% of the situations.heres the thing, ise has access to all the same info as local agencies, they all use the same national system for tracking criminals. Ise gets info on violent criminals, they know where they are, know where they live, know if they’re being released from
Custody and when. Little more work without coordinated efforts by locals but the job is still getting done no matter how dramatic or how much fanfare the dems make. “We’re a sanctuary city you’re safe here” uhhh no you’re not. They swoop in and take who they want. Not cooperating isn’t gonna stop it.

Federally Deputized Police Officers and Deputies Sheriffs....(and State DOJ agents too)

Most Federal Task Forces (narcotics, terrorism, special victims, fugitive, organized crime) have local LEOs deputized as Federal Agents.

Enhances the number of investigators, gives local cops federal the power to investigate and arrest for federal statutes.

Most federal agents welcome the additional help, but some still look down on local LEOs as being "just a local".

Locals bring a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge to these task forces, like an understanding of how crooks think, knowledge of the neighborhoods and how to talk crookise.

The local PD and SD have to consider the cost in giving up personnel. Not only financially but most local LEOs have staffing shortages as it is.

The feds don't pay for the local bodies. They usually provide a vehicle, training, office space, other tools and if lucky they'll pay for some overtime.

The bigger question is which local departments are going to participate in an immigration task force???

I bet none that are part of a sanctuary city.

I’ve also read of a couple of sheriffs who said they won’t obstruct ICE, but claim their staff are too busy with other matters to participate in rounding up illegals. Considering some departments’ staffing issues, I suppose that could be a reasonable response for some, though I’m sure there are others who will just use it as an excuse. Certainly, none are going to openly obstruct the feds.

Obstruction is "not cooperating" No LEO is going to interfere with an ICE investigation or arrest. But I assume will be ordered not to assist. I can't imagine a cop would decline to help an ICE agent who may need immediate assistance. I know I would risk facing the consequences....

These Departments are not going to honor ICE detainers on immigrants in custody. At the patrol station level it was previously protocol to notify ICE of an illegal in custody. This notification gave ICE the opportunity to place a hold. Unfortunately, it became typical for ICE to take several days to pick up the body. Frankly I don't know if the local departments were reimbursed for the delay or if they ate it. You can bet if there was no reimbursement that body is out the door upon release date.

Used to be ICE had incredible powers when it came to detaining persons without any PC for the propose of verifying status. Don't know if that has changed.

Many years ago, LASD had an ICE agent at Central Jail ready to take custody of those released.

In the mid '80s, just down the street from my house, we have a liquor store/mini mart that was a haven for day workers. Periodically, a blue van would roll up and bodies would scatter like cucarachas when you turn on a light. Beautiful sight...

The store (and the day workers) are still there...... Seems they won the battle...

But wait, the idiot reporter on CBS told JD Vance on Sunday that ALL of the aliens were vetted and criminals weren't being let in?🤔 🤡🤡🤡
