I have been required to make this every year for family functions... always the first to go. It is very simple "cup, cup, can, can".

1 cup Mayo

1 cup Parisian

1 can green Ortega diced chillies (larger can)

1 can artichoke hearts in water

Mix all together and bake for 20 min @ 350 degrees. Serve with bread or tortilla chips.

I have gotten bored making it so I experiment with it a lot with different variations. I like adding jalapenos and/or chipotle powder, garlic etc.
Enjoy!

I made this and it was great. I doubled the recipe and drained the artichokes but used the water from the chilis. I ended up baking for around 40 minutes until it started bubbling and browning the top.

Thanks!
