For someone who (reportedly) has a degree in Economics, she doesn't seem to grasp the concept that banks are in the business of selling money. What their customers do with that money after it is lent isn't really the responsibility of the bank, for the most part.

I understand her handlers game plan; who wants to be dragged in front of a congressional hearing and lambasted based on a loan you made to someone? I'm guessing few bank executives, so projects don't get funds.
