My little think tank group has several opinions on that.
They mostly circle around the premise that some “conservative” RDP’ers actually hold strong liberal singular convictions without really considering it.
They THINK they are strong conservatives, but at times confuse freedoms (as they see them) with Crowleyism.

That’s about the only thing that I agree with the sub human about…
I’ll have to look up Crowleyism
But to your conservative RDRs comment.
I in no way consider myself liberal
But if we’re talking right to chose or women’s choice I don’t lean right on that. It’s to personal
And to many circumstances to be cut and dry.

"Crowleyism" as in Thelema, or as in bisexual drug user? Not real familiar with the teachings, they may be one and the same? Or just cult like following? (Bisexuality and drug use aside)

I myself am not pro life, and am also not immune to certain hypocrisies.
As far as the RDP deal, many here support activities that are actually supported by the liberal agenda.
Things like anti-internet censorship/ adult classification, infringement of others rights while exercising their own rights (in their mind), supporting selective application of Romeo and Juliet laws…things like that.

“Do what thou will…so be the whole of the law”
Alister Crowley.

All of his beliefs and teachings (if they can be called that) center on the only law being his own law.
In a constitutional republic like ours, our freedoms and more importantly our rights end at the point of infringement on another.
We don’t have the right to break laws because we disagree with them. We don’t have the right to do whatever we want and call it our right.
We DO have the right to change things or at least try to.

Crowleyism, by my definition, is doing what one wants with no considerations and thinking it’s our right.

To be possibly a little less vague as an example.
In the last 2 years AZ has had two state bills shut down.
One from the house and one from the senate if memory serves without looking it up again.
BOTH were initiated by AZ republicans.
One did not make it out of the senate as I recall, the other was vetoed by Hobbs.
These bills were both centered on internet indecency accessible by minors.
Basically, they said that sites with naked or provocative images AND/OR adult textual content in the posting verbiage would require to be classified as an “adult” 18 and over site that required a log in or an age confirmation to access.
This is what adult porn sites have to have, as well as gun and ammo sites like Palmetto and any other gun and ammo site. Tobacco sites, alcohol sales sites, all require an age confirmation.
You HAVE to at least click a thing saying you are 18 or over.
I think, judging by the violent responses and name calling in Hubbas whore thread, most members here would vehemently disagree with these requirements.
Every morning there is 50-100 images of near naked airbrushed women in the lounge for no real reason.
The membership would wail in protest if Dave shut that down…even though there are MILLIONS of free adult sites that a person can look at virtually anything they want to.
That is a liberal position and reflects the exact actions taken by Hobbs and the house against the Conservative proposed bills.
I get called names and stuff for pointing these things out, but the truth is I care about this site at least a little bit still.

It goes further with booze and guns and off roading, but that’s an example of what I’m talking about.
And if AZ goes red you will see what I mean.

Aside from the mail bombings, I actually kind of admired Kaczynski's way of life. This is the most "sociable" I am. My day to day doesn't really lend itself to conversing with others. That is both good and bad. The good part, I communicate with few individuals. As a whole, here, there aren't people I would consider below average intelligence. Sure, I may not agree with them, but they tend to be far from stupid. The bad part though, my sphere of influence is relatively small.

I think humans are an imperfect design, or maybe glitchy programming? Making a statement and making a stand are sometimes seen as the same, because we can't really process all the events. Maybe we fail to see every aspect, or maybe it is selective...maybe a combination of the two. The world going "remote" has had a big impact on how society acts and thinks. Both respect and logic have been lessened immensely.

I'm good with the election, it probably won't affect me at all, I'm set for life. I hope he keeps up his promises. Elon will cut 80% of government jobs.👍 The war in Ukraine will end on day 1.👍 And no taxes on overtime, tips and social security.👍

Yep, big day for American loving, god fearing soles! Bad day for you and your Forest buddy. Shouldn’t you all be packing to leave the Country?

Yup. I usually camp at Mono Village on upper twin, but it was a last minute trip so booked a room. No complaints with the room. Fishing the twins was tough. Ended up fishing Tioga lake off the Tioga pass. Did well, (14) between us three. Next day fished June lake, we got two.
