Very similar. Must be the same builder. Add a pool and a few updates and it's the perfect vacation house.

Sometimes it makes more sense.. right now I have two storage units and my building. At some point it will make more sense to build like a 7-8k garage

I hope team rdp is taking you to see it! If we aren’t please let us know if you have any questions or want to maybe see some other stuff that’s off market etc. Stacy always has tricks up her sleeve.
