Anyone use the service dept at Parker Yamaha lately?

We've had really good experiences there in the past but it's been a spell since.
Like any dealer service Dept, things change.
Any takes?

We're having trouble finding good service out here in So Cali.

I'm talking Parker Yamaha, don't need references to anyplace else thanks.

It’s been a decade since I have even been in there. Always loved that dealership though and they always did great by me!

Anyone remember Floyd’s? . I think a shop like that would actually thrive in modern times.

I have delivered their for the last 7 years and they have the same mechanics.

Floyd Burke closed his shop in Corona before moving to the river. Loved that place but it only had room to floor about 6 bikes. Nice people who treated me good even though I was about 12. My neighbor bought a new CZ in 73 and sold it to me a year or two later. I still have it.

I was pretty young but that place had everything and wasn’t just a service shop. If you wanted to trick out your jet ski? Quad? Bike? You name it they had the parts and the knowledge to help.

They take care of my sea doos. Everything from engine rebuild to oil changes. Just don't leave your toy there long, they leave shit out in the weather..

20 years of misc service of seadoos and jet skis never a problem. Pricing is fair and they get them done when they say they will. Probably not best option for an emergency fix but if you have the time they do good work.

I bought my rzr at Parker Yamaha
They delivered it to my driveway in Havasu
I needed a recall done and I rode the rzr to the Havasu store and they trailered it down to parker for the work and brought it back same day.

I have used them numerous times, unfortunately the last experience sucked. I am going to give them another shot however.
Service is great, there is some lack of communication over the weekends for some reason. It ruined a weekend at the river for us, which was pretty frustrating.

Saved me about 4k by getting my mishap covered under warranty... Good peeps in my opinion.
