Having seen many people start similar companies with promises of returns, I would be very cautious. It's been a big trend for the last 5 years especially and I have seen a lot of people get burned. The fine print of the contracts will explain everything.

Looks like they raise fund to lend for student loans. They say it is collaterized but good luck getting you money if they default. I wouldn't touch it.

There are way better ways to do private debt, low risk and get a better return with solid collateral.

Looks like they consolidate student loans and the investor is their bank....what could go wrong.
