There’s a couple available right now for lease. Give me a call if you are looking for something. I don’t think they will last.

The one she was talking about yesterday was 2500.. I don’t know on what power it had.

I’ll ask her if it already rented.. stuff like this in havasu typically lasts minutes.

When my building came up for rent a member posted the little sign out front. I deleted the thread instantly and called Joey and said I’ll take it.. he said I needed to come look at it.. I said I’ll take it.. he said meet me down there and I said ILL TAKE IT. He insisted I come look at it.. I said fine fuck it I’m on the way.. then Stacy said I had to get the kids from school.. I called him back and said I was gonna be 30-45 minutes. He said he had someone else coming to look at it as well.. I told him I’m coming and ILL TAKE IT!! what part of this aren’t you getting? He kinda blew it off and I finally pulled the “look Joey you know who I am.. if I said I’ll take it I’ll take it”. lol.

Got the kids from school and hauled as there and signed the paperwork before some other asshole shows up.

That about sums up how hard it is to get commercial Real Estate and Havasu. lol

I know the Afterbay well… It’s not even close to being a forest area… If they both had heavy hunting clothes and boots on …Unfortunately, there is a good possibility that they did drown… The water temp about this time of year shouldn’t be all that cold… The Afterbay is in two sections and is miles from Lake Oroville itself… they are used to warm the water to irrigate the rice fields in the area…
… the smaller section of the Afterbay I believe is seasonally used for duckhunting… And the larger section is just for boating and fishing…
… I have a video somewhere of the smaller section…
