Red Necks is an off road event on private property. Not sure he can be charged.
If this was at red necks, everyone signs a release. Civil suits maybe, but that would be all

Per the ol interwebs, "Reid, who was intoxicated at the time, was arrested and is now being charged with five counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after five were injured and two were taken to the hospital for treatment."

Pretty sure they can come after him for attempted murder judging from those videos.
Nothing to do with a release.
It looks like e turned his truck into a weapon.
Pretty easy to build a case he was trying to run over those people.
I bet there is more video with more detail.

Buddy of mine was at Red Neck with Paychecks.
He was already heading back to the rv camp area when this occurred, but also said the shit that goes on is insane.
I guess the cops got called due to the guy hitting someone with the vehicle. If it was only vehicle to vehicle damage, most likely the cops would of never been called.

The big result of this the, event will most likely be cancelled. The property owner, does not think he needs any permits, but the county says yes.

You can still get a dui on private property. Once it moves from a misdemeanor to Felony, you can be prosecuted for anything, especially if bodily harm is done.

Red Necks is a locked event.
You are given a window to enter then leave the property. Miss your entry window, you can’t attend the event.

You can be charged with any crime committed om private property (including vandalism, assault and DUI).
