Do some YouTube watching if you’ve never rowed or utilized a rowing machine. You can fuck yourself up good if your technique isn’t there.

I love them. Now with all the interactive stuff you can participate in, similar to Pelaton, it’s a serious workout. I’m drenched in sweat afterwards.

I was shopping for a used concept2 rower then Covid hit, and everything became untouchable.

I’d still like to get one, wonder how yours compares, I heard the new water ones are the best

I’ve been waiting for Peloton to come out with theirs. Love rowing on my friend’s Water rower and NordicTrack.

We picked up a row machine a few weeks back from Costco. Best purchase ever. Have fun!

I was looking for used too. Just couldn’t find one, this one will adjust automatically the resistance.

Rowing mixed with elliptical was the trick when I lost weight the first round. My fat ass is about to start doing the same deal again. Do not overdo the rower in the beginning it will burn you out on it if so. I prefer the water based ones, but its all the same.

I miss my rower. Totally loved it. No room for it in the motorhome :(
