Looked pretty crowded in the channel today. The sky around Havasu is all smoked up from all the fires.

I through this afternoon. Packed big time! Stayed and watched the fireworks in Thompson Bay. Was a great show and lasted 29 minutes.

It was actually pretty quiet, but it was busy. Paddleboarded the Channel all day Thursday,went to PC Friday, that was packed. Didn't get to see the fireworks because I thought it would be better to have SeaTow drag me back like a big ol' party barge in the daylight. Oh, and I did the "run engine while out of the water" experiment, so then put in a new impeller. Thus, SeaTow. But hey, if you're going to be a Cannel rat, it needn't run, does it? Just tow it in at 4:30am, and drag it back when you're done.:eek
